We only collect information that we need to respond to you and provide our services. This includes:

Details you give us directly. When you fill in our callback form, this is your first name, last name, email address, and the subject and content of your message. If you call us or email us, we hold the contact details and any information you share during that contact.
Information about your property or job. When you book or enquire about work, we may record details such as the property address, the nature of the work, and access arrangements, so we can carry it out.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are aimed at property owners, landlords, and businesses.

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or service. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing that contract once agreed.
To carry out and manage the work you book with us, including scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up on the job. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To run and improve our website and understand how it is used. Legal basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner, and our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.
To keep our business and premises secure and to handle any disputes. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.

We do not use your enquiry details to send marketing emails or newsletters.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the site to work and are set automatically. Others are only set once you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run our business and provide our services, with:

Trusted suppliers and subcontractors where they are needed to complete a job you have booked, and only with the information required for that job.
Professional advisers, such as our accountants, and authorities or regulators where we are required to share information by law.

Where these providers act on our behalf, we have agreements in place requiring them to protect your data and use it only as instructed.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Wix and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to keep your data protected to the same standard.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it:

Enquiries that do not lead to work: kept for a short period so we can follow up, then deleted.
Customer and job records: kept for the duration of our working relationship and afterwards where needed to handle warranties, queries, or disputes.
Financial and tax records: kept for six years, as required by Irish law.

When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it securely.

Your rights
